It is the latest evolution of SiO₂ coatings that offers an innovative formula combining ease of use with high performance.
Ceramic coating on the car body serves to protect and enhance the shine and depth of color, ensuring longevity that significantly exceeds the results of any applied wax or sealant.
Thanks to the protective layer created, dirt and water easily slide off the bodywork, thus reducing the need for aggressive chemical/physical treatment and keeping the surface clean for longer.

The stated wash cycles are the result of tests carried out by two independent external laboratories. The first test was carried out to check whether the contact angle has changed compared to the initial state after wash cycles using SP1 Prewash, the second test was carried out to check whether the coating has been maintained after automatic wash cycles using a chemical product and quartz powder according to ISO 20566:2013.
The stated durability in terms of time and kilometers for the entire Innovacar coating product range is based on load tests carried out with the support of our national and international partners in various locations around the world.
The tests were conducted in very different climatic and environmental conditions:
- Mumbai India: high smog and tropical climate.
- Moscow Russia: very low temperatures.
- Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates: hot climate and frequent sandstorms.
- Main European capitals: with standard weather and road conditions.
During the entire testing period, washing was performed on average once a month. However, the Innovacar coating maintenance program was not always followed, which helped to simulate the worst-case scenario. The results achieved and the feedback from our partners show that the average service life of our coatings is approximately 15,000 km per year.

SINH TOP COAT IS IDEAL FOR:

HOW TO USE SINH TOP COAT
To optimally apply a nanoceramic coating to the car body:
Recommended:
- Apply the product in a temperature-controlled environment between 5C and 25C, free from contamination and with controlled humidity
- Apply the product in a well-lit environment
- Change Micron Suede frequently
- To use Micron 2F: remove 8090 of the product on the short pile side and work it into the long pile side until for finish
- Change Micron 2F frequently, on average every two panels
- Do not cover the surface with dirty or worn cloths.
For maximum effectiveness, use only Innovacar maintenance products.
Step 1 Prepare the car if not already done:
- Pre-wash with SP1 Prewash or similar products.
- Wash with S2 Foamy to clean the surface.
- Chemically clean the surface from tar using D3 Tar, from iron residues using D1 Iron and from limestone using DS Scale
- Then mechanically clean the surface with a clay bar or Clay Mitt using DL Lube
- If necessary, polish the car to remove defects and achieve a completely smooth surface
- Remove remaining traces of oil with D2 check
- Make sure the car is completely cleaned and clean so that it is ready for the application of the protective coating.
Step 2 Ceramic Coating Application:
- Apply a few drops of SiNH Top Coat onto Micron Suede wrapped around Foam App Block
- Apply product CrissCross applying at least 3 coats per panel at a time approximately 50×50 cm
- Allow product to cure for at least 30 seconds at high temperature and up to a maximum of 2 minutes at lower temperatures before removing residue, smoothing with Micron Buffing Wipe if necessary
- If residue is not removed within 10 minutes, product can be reapplied, ensuring that it is smoothed
Step 3 Bonding of the protective layer:
- After 4 hours, apply a final coat of SC0 Hydro Sealant to protect the surface during the full curing period
- Wait 34 hours before taking the vehicle outside and 7 days before leaving it in the rain/snow or washing it again as recommended in the Innovacar maintenance program.
Precautions: Use within 6 months of opening by carefully closing the bottle after use and storing the product in a dry place away from light and heat at a temperature of 5C to 25C. Always follow the MSDS and label instructions and recommendations. For maximum performance and durability always follow the steps of the Innovacar cycle system.
