Delivery and payment

This page provides information about delivery options, delivery times and available payment methods at detailingclub.lv. We operate entirely online, allowing us to process orders quickly and arrange efficient delivery throughout Latvia. All orders are shipped; collection in person is not available.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Latvia and to other European Union countries where a delivery option is available at checkout. Delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partners.

Free delivery
Delivery to parcel lockers in Latvia is free for orders over EUR 75.

Delivery options and costs in Latvia

Orders are delivered by the following carriers:

Omniva — parcel lockers and courier
DPD — parcel lockers and courier
Latvijas Pasts — parcel terminals and post offices

Delivery rates:

Delivery to parcel lockers in Latvia: from EUR 3.50
Other delivery costs, including delivery outside Riga, alternative delivery methods or heavier shipments, are calculated automatically at checkout based on the address and parcel size and weight. The exact charge is always displayed before you confirm the order.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times in Latvia:

Parcel lockers and parcel terminals: 1–3 working days
Courier delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s workload and holiday periods.

Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an email with delivery information and a tracking number.

Important: what to do if your parcel is damaged

Please inspect the packaging when collecting your order from a parcel locker or receiving it from a courier. If you notice leaking liquid or significant damage, take photographs and contact us immediately at info@detailingclub.lv.
