This page provides information about delivery options, delivery times and available payment methods in the online store detailingclub.lv. We are a 100% online store, which allows us to ensure fast order processing and efficient delivery throughout Latvia. All orders are delivered remotely only (in-person pickup is not available).
Shipping
We provide delivery of goods throughout Latvia, as well as to other European Union countries, if the delivery option is available at the time of order placement. Delivery is carried out in cooperation with reliable logistics partners.
Free shipping
For orders over 75 EUR, delivery to parcel machines in Latvia is free.
Delivery methods and costs in Latvia
Orders are delivered by the following service providers:
Omniva (parcel machines and courier)
DPD (parcel machines and courier)
Latvian Post (parcel terminals and branches)

Delivery to parcel machines in Latvia: from 3.50 EUR
Other delivery costs (outside Riga, other delivery methods or heavier shipments) are calculated automatically during order processing, taking into account the delivery address and shipment size/weight. The exact cost is always displayed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Estimated delivery time in Latvia:
Parcel machines/parcel terminals: 1–3 business days
Courier delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the logistics company's workload or holiday periods.
Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with delivery information and a tracking number to easily track the progress of the item.
Important: What to do in case of damaged shipments
Upon receiving your order (at the parcel machine or from the courier), please visually assess the packaging. If you see any spilled liquid or significant damage to the packaging, please take a photo and contact us immediately at info@detailingclub.lv.
