Terms of use
These terms of use determine the procedure for using the online store detailingclub.lv and the relationship between the buyer and the seller.
By placing an order in the online store detailingclub.lv, the buyer confirms that he has read these terms and agrees to them.

The online store detailingclub.lv provides online sales of car care and car chemical products.
2. Placing an order
The buyer can place an order in the online store:
adding items to the shopping cart;
filling in the required order information;
choosing the delivery and payment method;
confirming the order.
After placing an order, the buyer will receive a confirmation to the specified email address. The seller reserves the right to contact the buyer to clarify the details of the order.
2.1. Buyer's responsibility
By placing an order in the online store detailingclub.lv, the buyer confirms that he or she is at least 18 years old or has received the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
3. Prices and payment
All prices for goods in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT), if applicable. The buyer can make payment using:
bank payments;
payment cards;
other payment methods available on the website.
Payment processing is provided by third-party payment service providers.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if, due to a technical error, an obviously incorrect price for the item is indicated on the website.
4. Delivery
Delivery of goods is carried out in Latvia and other countries, if it is available in the delivery menu. Delivery can be provided by the following delivery service providers:

Venipak
other logistics partners
Shipping costs and delivery time are indicated during the order process. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by delivery service providers.
5. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact the seller by e-mail: info@detailingclub.lv.
The returned item must be:
unused;
in the original packaging;
without damage.
Taking into account the specifics of the goods, the right of withdrawal does not apply to auto chemical and cosmetic products whose original packaging has been opened or damaged, as well as if the product has been used.
The seller will refund the money for the item no later than 14 days from the moment the seller has received the returned item and verified its condition. The shipping costs for returning the item are covered by the buyer, unless the return is related to a damaged or incorrectly delivered item.
6. Defective goods and warranty
If the customer has received a damaged, spilled or non-conforming product, the customer is obliged to immediately (but no later than within 3 days) inform the seller by sending photos of the damaged product and packaging to info@detailingclub.lv. The seller undertakes to exchange the damaged product for a new one or return the money.
7. Product descriptions and availability
The seller tries to provide as accurate information about the goods as possible. However, there may be cases where the descriptions or images of the goods may differ slightly from the actual product. If the ordered item is not available, the seller will inform the buyer and offer an alternative or a refund.
8. Limitation of liability
The seller is not responsible for any losses resulting from improper use of the goods. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
9. Protection of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
10. Dispute resolution
All disputes between the buyer and the seller are resolved through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the buyer has the right to apply to:
At the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC)
In a Latvian court in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication in the online store detailingclub.lv.
