Innovacars SiNH Hybrid Coat is a modern professional nanotechnology water-repellent coating for cars developed with the exclusive SiNH technology of Innovacar.

This ceramic coating is the perfect solution to achieve a balance between the inorganic part characteristic of base coatings and provides additional protection and durability and the organic part characteristic of topcoat coatings and increases water repellency.

With one product and only one application step, you can get both advantages by speeding up the work and obtaining the benefits of a complete nanoceramic coating.

MAIN FEATURES:

  • Water repellent and self-cleaning properties: thanks to its water repellent, antistatic and dirt repellent properties, it makes maintenance easier
  • Long life: tests carried out in certified external laboratories have verified the gloss change according to ISO 20566:2013 and the hydrophobicity of the surface in both automatic and manual washing cycles, proving that the product has a service life of up to approximately 45 years, 75,000 km or up to 72 manual or automatic washing cycles.
  • No IR lamps required: it dries in approximately 20 minutes at room temperature of 23C and 50% humidity, which means it can be applied without IR lamps

The washing cycles are based on tests carried out by two independent external laboratories. The first test was carried out to check whether the contact angle has changed compared to the initial state after washing cycles using SP1 Prewash, the second test was carried out to check whether the coating has been maintained after automatic washing cycles using a chemical product and quartz powder according to ISO 20566:2013.

HOW TO USE SINH HYBRID COAT

How to optimally apply nanoceramic coating to your car body:

Recommended:

  • Apply the product in a temperature controlled environment between 5 C and 25 C, free from contamination and with controlled humidity
  • Apply the product in a well-lit environment.
  • Change Micron Suede frequently
  • Use Micron 2F: remove 8090 products on the short pile side and work the long pile side to the finish
  • Change Micron 2F frequently, on average every two panels
  • Do not cover the surface with dirty or worn cloths.

Step 1 Prepare the car if not already done:

  • Pre-wash with SP1 Prewash or similar products.
  • Wash with S2 Foamy to clean the surface.
  • Chemically clean the surface from tar use D3 Tar to remove tar from the surface use D1 Iron to remove metallic deposits use DS Scale to clean the surface from limescale deposits.
  • After that, mechanically clean the surface with Clay Bar or Clay Mitt using DL Lube. If necessary, polish the car to remove all defects and obtain a completely smooth surface.
  • Remove any remaining oil residue with D2 Check. Visually inspect the vehicle to ensure it is completely disinfected and clean and is therefore ready for the application of the protective coating.

Step 2: Applying the Ceramic Coating:

  • Apply a few drops of SiNH Hybrid Coat to a Micron Suede cloth wrapped around a Foam App Block.
  • Apply the product using a crisscross pattern, treating one panel at a time, approximately 50×50 cm.
  • Allow the coating to cure for a minimum of 30 seconds at high temperature to a maximum of 2 minutes at low temperature before removing excess product, smoothing with a Micron Buffing Wipe if necessary.
  • If the excess product has not been adequately removed within 10 minutes, the product can be re-applied by smoothing it.

Step 3 Cross-linking to create a protective barrier:

  • After 4 hours, apply the final coat of SC0 Hydro Sealant. This is the final protective coat to protect the surface during the full curing period.
  • Wait 34 hours before leaving the vehicle outside and 7 days before leaving it in the snow/rain or washing it again as recommended in the Innovacar maintenance program.

Precautions:

  • Use within 6 months after opening by carefully closing the bottle after use and storing it in a dry place away from light and heat at a temperature of 5 to 25C.
  • Always follow the precautions and instructions given on the MSDS and label.
  • For maximum efficiency and durability, always follow the Innovacar Cycle System.
