DS Scale from Innovacar is a special car and cleaning shampoo to treat and combat water spots and limescale stains on the body: the classic annoying white water spots.

Limescale deposits on the body with the naked eye and is not always visible in the form of microparticles, forming a microlayer on top of nanotechnology coatings and protective films. Over time, this reduces the effectiveness of the coating and ceramic products in terms of protection and water repellency, which is why owners believe that these treatments must be carried out from scratch.

Here we use DS Scale cleaning and descaling shampoo which is ideal for combating the accumulated limescale layer and pollution allowing the nanotechnological protection to be reactivated.

Ds Scale has the following characteristics:

• 2in1 car shampoo: This is the ideal solution for the washing phase i.e. as a cleaning shampoo to be used approximately every four cleaning cycles. On the other hand when used neat or in a more concentrated form Ds Scale is a limescale and mineral cleaner that can be applied to persistent water or acid rain stains or for emergency treatment.
• Removes coatings and protective layers: By removing the surface layer of limescale and contamination, it extends the life of previously applied protective layers.
• Does not damage protective films: Even when used undiluted or in a more concentrated form to remove limescale or other contaminants, Ds Scale does not damage the protective layers of the bodywork.
• Suitable for glass headlights and emblems: It can also be used to remove limescale residues from glass headlights, hard exterior plastic or car decorative elements such as emblems, lettering and aluminum or metal parts.

When used as a cleaning shampoo, it is recommended to use it every FOUR wash cycles to clean the surface:

1. Continue applying the product using it as a decontamination shampoo, diluting it as necessary and applying it to the entire surface of the car depending on the chosen method of use.
2. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
3. If after this step there are still limescale stains, the product can be applied to a damp surface following the extreme decontamination dilutions and acting directly on the stains with a wash mitt or cotton pad. Continue panel by panel.
4. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

If used as a decontaminator:

1. Use the product undiluted or with dilutions for emergency decontamination depending on the severity of the stains.
2. Apply the product to the wet surface in panels, applying the product directly to the stains using a wash mitt or cotton pad.
3. Wait 1 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

If applied with a pre-compression pump or bucket:

For emergency decontamination or acid rain: use the product undiluted or diluted 1:5. Then use 200 ml of the product and fill the remaining part with water to 800 ml to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution.

If applied with a foam gun or foam generator:

For maintenance cleaning or when used as a limescale remover shampoo for cars, use the product undiluted or diluted 1:3. Then take 250 ml of the product and fill the remaining 750 ml with water to obtain 1 L of ready-to-use solution. During dispensing, the actual final dilution can reach approximately 1:60.

Precautions: do not allow the product to dry or remain on windows or surfaces for long periods of time; do not use in the sun or on hot surfaces.
