100 Scale from Innovacar is a new generation acidic pH product that can be used on the car as a surface for cleaning from deposits use the product to quickly and effectively removes limescale deposits, salt stains, acid rain residues and minor surface oxidation on all car body parts.
The product is designed with a sophisticated medium viscosity formula that facilitates application even on vertical surfaces and will become an essential aid in the difficult task of removing limescale or water spots mineral stains from vehicle surfaces.
Main features:
- Intensive cleaning: thanks to its special substances it is able to clean the most serious limescale and salt contaminations and has a slower evaporation rate allowing it to be treated for a long time with brushes, rags and applicators
- Can be used on all body parts of the car: it can be used on all car parts, wheels, engine compartment, plastics and also on glass, panoramic sunroofs, headlights and polycarbonate
- Gel formula and reduced dripping: thanks to its viscosity it adheres more tightly to the sides and vertical surfaces, facilitating workability and thus reducing dripping. In addition, these properties facilitate local use in only small areas where contamination needs to be treated.
- Easy to use: thanks to the water-based formula, the product can be used on both dry and wet surfaces
- Removes old protective coatings: it can be used to remove old protective coatings and ceramics that have been applied previously and are almost at the end of their service life. It can prepare the surface of new or used cars for the application of a new protective coating
- Glass preparation before coating: When used on windows and windshields before applying SC3 glass coating, it will clean the surface and the glass will be better prepared for coating
- Safety: EDTA/NTA free and no added phosphorus.

100 SCALE IS IDEAL FOR
- Removes annoying limescale stains from glass and other bodywork
- Chemically dilutes and removes contamination to facilitate polishing processes thus saving time
- Removes old protective coatings from surfaces thus avoiding that the previous coating could interfere with the new coating
- Prepares glass and crystal surfaces as well as possible before applying a coating such as SC3 Glass Coating.
HOW TO USE 100 SCALE
For special cleaning against limescale mineral residues and old acid rain stains or for removing old protective coatings:
- Wait until the surface has cooled down and do not use in direct sunlight.
- It is recommended to prepare the surface before cleaning with SP1 PREWASH and wash using DS SCALE shampoo.
- Using a microfiber applicator, apply the product with light pressure in vertical and horizontal movements, leaving it to act for a few minutes.
- Rinse with running water or, better yet, a high-pressure washer.
For regular cleaning of limescale and mineral deposits and recent acidic spills:
- Wait until the surface has cooled down and do not use in direct sunlight.
- Dilute the product in a ratio of 1:5 and spray onto the surface, treating one panel at a time and allowing to work for a few minutes.
- For even more intensive cleaning: use a soft brush and smooth the product with horizontal and vertical movements.
- Rinse with running water or, better yet, a high-pressure washer.
For special cleaning of glass and headlights:
- Wait until the surface has cooled down and do not use in direct sunlight.
- It is recommended to prepare the surface before cleaning with SP1 PREWASH and wash using DS SCALE shampoo.
- Using a microfiber applicator, apply the product evenly and leave it to act for a few minutes.
- For even more active cleaning: using a medium-hard brush or the white part of the scrubber, smooth the product with horizontal and vertical movements
- Wait a few minutes and rinse with water.
For special cleaning: The product is ready to use, use undiluted.
For simple cleaning of limestone mineral deposits and recent acid rain: the concentration can be up to 1:5, i.e. use 160 ml of product and add the remaining 840ml to obtain 1L of prepared liquid.
Warnings:
We recommend not applying to hot surfaces or in the sun and do not allow the product to dry or remain on glass or other surfaces for long periods.
We do not recommend using the product neat on previously applied protective coatings of unknown durability as it is a strong decontaminating treatment. In such cases we recommend diluting 1:5 or more.
Do not use undiluted on unpainted or acid-sensitive surfaces i.e. highly glossy surfaces even if the product contains anti-corrosion agents.
In case of doubt or on particularly sensitive surfaces, it is always recommended to test the reaction on a small inconspicuous area before use.
