It is a chemically bonded, ultra-dense flexible film that becomes the permanent surface of the film, protecting it from the elements your car encounters every day. The density of the coating and its low surface energy improve the dirt and water repellency of the PPF or vinyl. It also helps prevent stains from dirt and reduces UV-induced yellowing.

Overall, HALOv2 keeps PPF in much better condition and makes it much easier to keep your vehicle clean after PPF/vinyl application. Rigorous field and laboratory testing has proven that HALOv2 is compatible with all types of gloss, matte and satin vinyl and PPF. It has also been proven to work on self-healing films.

How to use: – Shake the bottle well and wear gloves. – To apply HALOv2, your vehicle must be indoors and remain indoors for at least 12 hours after coating application. Good lighting is essential for best results. – If applying over a previously applied film, wash and disinfect the vehicle with Gtechniq W5 Citrus All-Purpose Cleaner and W6 Iron and General Stain Remover. – Spray a 30% dilution of Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) onto the Gtechniq MF1 ZeroR Microfiber Polishing Pad. – Once the surface has cooled completely, buff to remove any fingerprints or other surface contaminants.

This process ensures maximum chemical bonding between HALOv2 and the film or vinyl. – Spread HALOv2 evenly onto the application pad and set the bottle aside. – Apply with the included applicator, overlapping, in an area of ​​approximately 60×60 cm or working along the lines of the vehicle body. – After coating the panel, remove residue with the MF1 cloth.

Always remove from further than you have applied, working from the outside inwards. – After application, perform a final check with the MF1 cloth and a bright but diffused light source – this will ensure that no residue remains on the surface. – An unopened bottle of HALOv2 has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase. – Store in a cool/dry place, away from direct sunlight. – Use within 3 months of opening.
