The final polishing wheel is made of the highest quality open cell foam with temperature regulation technology during polishing.
- The open cell foam provides excellent temperature distribution during polishing and continuous high level ventilation.
- The edge of the disc’s working surface is cut at a 60 angle to stabilize the machine’s operation and reduce the risk of disc damage.
- The 20 mm wide centering hole ensures correct positioning of the pad on the machine and supports additional disc cooling.
- The high-quality 280g/m2 velcro provides an especially strong connection to the base of the polishing machine.
- The trapezoidal shape makes it easier to work in hard-to-reach places and improves working comfort.
